I'll start this review by prefacing the following: "There's Korea in my blood, I know Korean food". The food was underwhelming, but what really closed the deal for me was the abhorrent customer service me and my family experienced from the staff, who I can't tell if they're really trying their worst on purpose or if they're naturally incompetent. It would be a shame for someone visiting the city looking for some Korean food and happens to have the misfortune of walking into this place. Food tasted great, trendy yet traditional. Their fried chicken recipe seemed straight from Korea and the bulgogi was eaten to the very last drop. The dduk bok gi is normally a snack, but I can honestly say that their version felt more like a meal, awesome.
