I’m giving 1 star because there’s nothing lower than that. The drive-through is just an incompetent service. They took my order at the order window, when I reached the delivery window they were taking my order again: they had given me a wrong order, I declined it, and so they tried to take it again. I said it had already been taken at the order window but they tried to pretend it was “normal” and were taking my order again from scratch when I had already wasted long time on the queue. What a pity. Will never try this again, the service had been arrogant before, but this new experience is just giving a scream of awareness: “this is not for free, so don’t waste your time and money again”. Service has been declining over the years. Today’s experience with the ordering was very questionable. I asked for a Medium iced latte with OatMilk. Without exaggeration, I was asked “is it iced or hot” and “what kind of milk?” and “is 16oz okay?” Multiple times!! It was a four drink order and the same questions were asked over and over again with each drink. I think the ordering process took longer than it did to make the drinks. This place knows their coffee and this is coming from a coffee snob. I judge coffee shops by the quality of their espresso and each time I get an espresso here, it’s perfect. They’ll even tell you the taste profiles of each type of bean they have, then you get to choose which taste profile you like best.

Let’s put it this way, I have yet to find a place like this even in San Diego. These guys get it right 100% of the time, the Baristas even have Latte Art tattooed on their hand. Check them out if you are a coffee...
