Cannot handle a large crowd. Waited almost two hours to get served and when they brought our orders only half of the guest got their incomplete orders.we had to wait 15 minutes for the other half of the guest to get their incomplete orders. then waited 20 minutes for tortillas and butter, I had to go get them myself. By that time our food got cold. we had to get our own tortillas Beans, rice, butter, our food was very cold. I had to get the salt and pepper myself. The order of tortillas only came with two tortillas for a table of 18 people. So I had to return to the kitchen and wait for tortillas. Three of the guest in our party had to get up and get more chips. Forget about asking for seconds. I also ordered guacamole I never got.I told the waiter to cancel the guac. Now it's time to pay, another hour wasted. My husband along with many guest that were not in our party are lined up at the register asking for their bill. When we got our bill we were over charged. Another 30 minutes to correct the charges. Not to mention we had to go and get our refreshments. If I could give them a rating of a negative 20 I would I'm never going back. Cuidado!!! En Primer lugar NO ACCEPTAN tarjeta de credito o banco de ningun tipo!! Lo peor es que no te lo dicen. Nosotros eramos solo 4 personas y la mesera se tardo muchisimo para atendernos luego yo pedi 2 especiales, que viene con frijoles, arroz y tortilla de harrina. Solo me trajo uno y tenia que pelear para los otros. Luego 42 minutos para que le Trae la segunda cervezza. Look the food isn't that good here and then for only being the second family in the whole restaurant, they took a very long time to take care of us. I ordered 2 house specials that comes with 1lobster to share, rice and beans and flour tortillas. They brought us 2 lobsters but just 1 of each rice and beans and flour tortillas. Then the waitress got mad because I asked for the rest of the items. She brought the rice and beans and not the flour tortillas. On top of that my husband ordered a second beer and we timmed it, it took 42 minutes to get it. When we went to pay that's when they told us that only cash. My brother in crushes and husband with twisted ankle so my sister in-law and I had to Walk up the steep road to look for an ATM that charged me $109.00 to use. HATE...

Poseidon is our favorite restaurant in Puerto Nuevo. Specialty is lobster and they have a special with three whole lobsters cut in half and fried. They are small lobsters but very delicious and they cost about $15 for the whole plate which includes beans and rice and tortillas. Some of the best tortillas you’ll get here south of the border. I ordered the whole fish cooked in a tomato sauce. It was a whitefish and very flaky. It came with a plate of avocados. I used the tortillas and beans and rice to make a burrito. The fish by the way it was huge, it could’ve fit four people. For everything including drinks the bill was $40. The service was great and the view was amazing.
