It's a big NO for me !

Food: The food was okay it was delivered more cold then warm. They need better options for kids, the chicken nuggets were bald no taste.

Spa/srevice: I requested the V.I.P spa for my 3 year old, we had told the waitress after we eat my daughter can go upstairs for her spa, almost 2 hours passed and we were leaving. They really wanted us to stay and wait the mesero went upstairs and checked and they were finally ready. (Mind you there was only 3 girls getting there hair done practically done already) the rest of the chicks were just talking with each other when we got there.

Spa2: I swear to you they only took 10-15min of there time for the V.I.P service that's a $45 fee. They rushed her to leave. Her nails weren't even painted right all rushed and half painted, her toes were not right either.

Daughter: she looked very happy at the end and that's all that matters but they should be taking care of their clients and not rushing them.

Hair: did did a quick 4 curls and a braid and that's it didn't even ask her if she wanted colored hair or glitter nada.

Very bad service, two female waiters/hostess and drink mixer guy all made fun of our party members for not mixing their drinks with the straws provided and went ahead and laughed at our table. The two hostess were very rude and just kept laughing the whole time we were speaking to the manager who was also very rude in his way. Manager said that they way we were complaining isn't the correct way to go about the situation, and if we wanted he could pull the video footage (i didn't see any cameras onsite.) Overall manager didn't handle the situation correctly and he just hid his employees kind of protecting not even recognize the wrong in the situation. Manager mentioned that his hostess and drink prep guy were laughing because of the children but that didn't even make sense. Anyway we are never coming back to this place due to very poor and rude customer service. P.S. our server was very attentive, but he wasn't there when this happened so not his fault. The service on the weekend is not as good. They announce ilimited coffee when the child is in the spa and it is but you have to keep asking. The place lacks of activities to interact with the kids. The bath rob is for little size kids and there are kids up to 12 yrs in the spa who need to also be treated well and deserve a fitting size rob. The first time we came the service was good but because we came during the week. The personnel need more training on excellent customer service. My daughter loves this place because of the spa so 4 stars to the spa though also lacks of some other services like I said fitting robs for all kids sizes.
