Sótano Suizo has been a gathering for people of all ages since they opened. it used to be a little tiny place that has turned into a larger venue with it's a separate small room for celebrations (birthdays, parties, etc) and a second floor that gives flexibility for expanding in case the first floor gets too crowded. excellent customer service despite how busy and crowded it gets. the food is good but don't expect a full manu (pizza, finger food, popcorn, etc). prices are decent and music is versatile (from 80's to today music and in both English and Spanish). The place is ok, drinks are good but their service is not good or serviceable, prices are decent but I did not tip them due to no liking the service at all. They have a lot of bottles but only know to offer cheap beer. Me and my wife asked about cocktails but they kept offering us beer. Great atmosphere, music and friendly staff, but service lately is terrible. We were there on Friday night, they had 3 servers running around barely keeping up with food orders. The place was full and half the tables were waiting for drinks. We waited 15 minutes and nobody even stopped by our table so we left. every other place on the plaza is fully staffed, doesn't make sense why sotano's has no staff.
