A very frustrating experience dining here. I was ignored by the servers and had to wait a while to just receive the menu and to order. The onion and vegetable soup and black paella I ordered were both very salty, to the point I had to keep drinking water. The worst part was paying the bill - the server overcharged my card, then insisted it was due to tip although the total was more than the tip amount I added. No apologies offered whatsoever. I confronted the manager (who spoke no English by the way) about it and all I got was that he’ll make sure the service is better next time I visit. This past Saturday August 24 we had very interesting flavors with guava sauce and grilled salmon, chicken breast on a classic walnut sauce or nogada for we Mexicans and a zarzuela de mariscos. The big dissatisfaction was the service. I think we are use to the waiters with a lot of experience and personality to serve and this time the lady who was working our table lacked both; she didn’t properly accommodate our request for a jar of sangria instead of a single glass; later she was dragging tables around like she was fixing her living room. Read moreThe first daughter comes into my mind when I walk into that restaurant is what is going on am I in Greece am I in DJ am I in a very '80s diner it's so confusing when you walk into that restaurant. The food is very mediocre I had a french onion soup that just tasted like time I ordered the quail which they didn't have no respect for the product and deep fried it so it was super dry and for last I ended up ordering gumbas with butter sauce which the butter was broken and I had to fix it in the table don't recommend this restaurant to anybody it's a terrible place...
