The Landmark Reserve Tijuana — Local services in Baja California

I want to give this mall a high rating but….it’s missing lots of things. It’s up and coming,but the following things are missing: a play area for kids. Not an area where you have to pay, so they can play. As a parent with a child, if the place has a playground or play area, my son would be begging me to take him and I would spend money. Only dog parks, very sad. It is missing a large anchor store. The movies attracts people, but they see the movie and they are out. Lastly and most importantly, needs hand soap in the restrooms. I went to use the restroom and there was no hand soap. The cleaning people were just outside the restrooms; I asked them for soap and they told me they weren’t given any for the restroom, if true, that is just wrong!! Le ponemos tres estrellas porque pasa el tiempo y siguen muchas tiendas sin abrir. El estacionamiento el pago en efectivo o transferencia 😒 para que se vengan con cambio. El cinemex, es moderna la forma de comprar los alimentos aunque siguen siendo comerciales (malitos) y las palomitas por más sabores que tengan les falta mucho para estar tan buenas como las palomitas de Cinépolis. Las salas siguen oliendo a nuevo, les falta poner algunas plantas en maceta para que absorba todos esos nocivos olores a plástico nuevo. El inflable que tienen en el primer piso para los niños, bastante peligroso ⚠️ se voltea a cada rato y está muy cerca de las macetas, tengan cuidado con sus hijos, ojalá y pongan algo más seguro para que ellos se diviertan un rato, que los papás los cuiden y asi las mamás podamos andar de compras (claro, una vez que abran...

14 MESES POST FECHA DE ENTREGA Y AÚN NO RECIBIMOS EL DEPARTAMENTO. AL LLEGAR AL RECORRIDO DE LA PRE-ENTREGA NOS DAMOS CUENTA QUE NO TENEMOS VISTA POR QUE CONSTRUYERON CINEMEX ENFRENTE ASÍ ES QUE LA ÚNICA VISTA QUE TENEMOS ES LA PARED DEL CINE APESAR DE QUE PAGAMOS $400,000 DÓLARES POR EL DEPARTAMENTO. LOS ACABADOS SON DE MUY BAJA CALIDAD! LAS AMENIDADES MUY CHICAS. EL CENTRO COMERCIAL NO ES LO QUE NOS PROMETIERON - ESPEREMOS QUE ESO CAMBIE. Cabe mencionar que jamás me dijeron que íbamos a tener una pared obstruyendo la vista. Nos prometieron vista al centro comenrcial. Tampoco te ofrecen ningún tipo de crédito.
