I stayed here 3 nights while on a trip to get dental work done, and overall it was very good. Reception staff was nice. Property was on par with a nice Hampton Inn. Property was well kept and modern. King room was plenty large and lobby/breakfast room was modern. Room had good carpet and tile floors in bathroom. Room had both AC which I didn’t need and good heater (choose the sun looking icon on thermostat for heat - this isn’t obvious). Bed was comfortable. Had close outlets for phone charging by bed. Bathroom was decent size but didn’t have fan which meant moist air went into room, but not a big deal. Water pressure was good but one time I had to let it run 10 minutes to get got. Towels were good. Shampoo and conditioner seemed watered down so just use extra. Room did not have fridge or microwave but they brought small fridge up after my 2nd request for one. Had safe that worked. TV had mostly Spanish channels but had CNN International, 3 entertainment channels and 5 hbo channels in English; stay would have been better with more English channels. Continental breakfast was good -l and included fruit daily; hotel should improve by offering sealed individual flavored yogurts and water dispenser (only had orange juice, which was good. I was on 4th floor toward road, which was slightly loud at times - ask for higher floor. Ice only available on floor 2 or 6, and floor 2’s was out of order; had to get keycard from front desk to get to floor higher than mine. Uber is cheap and reliable to get...

Checked in on a Friday evening. Outside of building looked nice and almost new looking. Walked into the lobby to check in and pretty impressed very clean and inviting. Young lady who checked us in, very professional and friendly. We get the key and proceeded to our room. It was a room with a king size bed. Nice and clean room, the bathroom was very clean and our king size bed was pretty comfortable.||So, it was a little bit after 10 pm and my wife and I are relaxing in the bed watching TV when we hear squeaking and vibrations against the headboard that was attached to the wall. Didn’t quite know at first what the squeaking and vibrations were when it occurred to us that the couple next door was just full on having sex! The sounds, moaning and groaning, squeak, squeak, vibrations and spanking sounds went on for about 10-15 minutes. Now, to hear the moaning, groaning and spanking sounds, you had to press your ear up to the wall but the worst was hearing the squeaking ( of the mattress,I believe) and vibrations of our headboard. Then, about 30 minutes later, they went at it again. Now, we had an early day the next day because we had to run a couple of errands and then we had a wedding to attend. So, we go to sleep and then about (4am? or so) they went at it again!||We decided to check out and find ourselves a new hotel. I will still give this hotel a...

We stayed here for 2 weeks while my mother-in-law was undergoing cancer treatment. The hotel was very clean and perfectly located for our daily walk to Hospital Angeles.

The complimentary breakfast was nice, though the food itself left something to be desired.

The room was clean and comfortable, though it did have some crackes and wrinkles in the walls. Purely cosmetic. The bathroom did not have a fan, so it stayed very humid and moist for a while following a shower. The shower head sprayed in every direction except for down, making it difficult to get conditioner rinsed out. The sweet ladies who cleaned our room every day were fast and did an excellent job!

Now for the staff... one person stood out above all the rest. Antonio was so incredibly kind and always made a point to say hello, asked how we were doing, and kept my coffee mug full. It was so nice feeling like we had a friend around when so far from home. His hospitality and genuine kindness were unmatched, and we are so grateful for him. At our departure, he came out to our Uber, hugged us, and wished us good luck as we continued our fight against this awful disease. He brought tears to our eyes as we left. Though it may sound like the simplest of things, Antonio touched our lives in a very importnant way. I wish we could have thanked him more. He was truly...

Awesome experience, from the first day to last we really had no issues at all. This hotel is brand spanking new, was built about two years ago. At the front desk Fernanda was very nice and attentive to everything we needed for the room. Breakfast was served every day weekdays from 7am-10am, weekends a bit later. Prepare for about 1hr of breakfast time, it’s not a quick grab n go type of breakfast. You sit, they offer beverages, then food similar to a restaurant. We enjoyed all food items except for the beef. Orange juice was delicious we couldn’t get enough. Amilcar one of the waiters was very friendly and quick. Das Cortez coffee built on the side of the hotel is super nice and offers great coffee, tea, and pasties. Also a barber shop built on the other side. OXXO grocery store within 5min walk and gas station across the street with atm. Very well designed lobby area, breakfast dining space, patio outdoors and hotel room. Overall definitely would come back.

Okay first Eric the desk clerk is the man. We had some reservation problems and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed everything and honestly made our stay there much more memorable. He’s a great guy. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There’s free breakfast buffet every morning from 7-10am. Usually chilaquiles, fruit, eggs etc. but it was satisfying every morning. This location is close to many attractions in Tijuana. All the food choices were great with ample portions and very cheap. The hotel has a small bar and barber shop right outside and about 4 OXXO convenience stores nearby. It’s a perfect safe location for Tijuana because it’s literally next to a Federal Police station. I was there with my wife and two year old son and felt perfectly safe.

Had traveled in the down south near the smaller town of San Quintin. Felt good to find an awesome hotel with a comfortable bed to sleep on, after staying at ok hotels before. I slept well and woke recharged to continue work and driving back home. Breakfast is included and it was the best free hotel breakfast I’ve had to date. Now I’d rather stay here than most hotels for the same money in San Diego. Area seems safe enough I walked out at 8pm with no issues. Safe and secure parking, I was able to park my company F150 with a latter rack. They have extra large parking spots for longer vehicles.
