Starbucks — Restaurant in Baja California

people, we live in the 21st century, can no one speak English at the border with the USA in a place where you buy coffee!!! is Mexico still the 3rd world?, a lot of water and syrup in the coffee, the staff doesn't speak English and when I pointed it out, the police threatened, the gentleman in the photo shows his tongue to Starbucks customers to be fired!!! does anyone respect customers or is it just a smokescreen!???? I don't recommend it and next door I also found delicious coffee and a cheaper barista...

Been burnt twice going thru drive thru. Not sure why even after I've asked not to overfill cup they fill to rim.
