Taberna Dijhon Pizza — Restaurant in Baja California

Let me start by saying that I did not go to this location I just ordered through Uber eats. Maybe because I'm from New York City and so pizza is king in New York. And so my taste was our accustomed to a robust tomato sauce & my taste was accustomed to a robust pizza dough. I've had pizza in Tijuana. If you want the best pizza in Tijuana you need to go to Caccio or you need to go to Merlot. But the pizza here is by far some of the worst pizza I've had not just in TJ but probably my life. This Business would do great by learning how to make actual good pizza. This pizza tasted like pizza that you take out of the refrigerator like the freezer. The cheese was horrific. The sauce was basic. Almost like sauce that you buy from the store. I personally will never eat pizza from here again unless they get some folks in there that truly know the art of making pizza. Just slapping sauce on some dough and then slapping some basic cheese on it is not pizza. Maybe it's cheesy bread with sauce or something but...

The pizza was decent. They do have quite a variety which is really nice and it comes out quickly. The pizza wasn’t as hot as we expected since it was coming straight out of the oven and the place was pretty empty. The service was abysmal. There was one person tending three tables and she took forever whenever we wanted to ask for something. She also forgot to mention they didn’t have a key ingredient from the pizza that we ordered. She didn’t even mention it when she brought the pizza, we had to ask why it was missing. It does have really nice 2000s Mexican music. They also have their own beer which was a nice sort...

The pizza is good The beer is great But the service. the service is wrong in so many levels. If you are patient, be ready to wait at least 1hr for the snacks and add 30min for the pizza. Their capacity is for 4 tables but...
