I recommend starting with the tacos al pastor. This is the stacked meat on the vertical spit. With a pineapple on the top. This taco dish is originally from Mexico City made popular from the visitors of the Arabic community. Now each region in Mexico has their own version.
First you pay the man at the end of the taco stand. He will hand you a ticket marked 'paid'. The you give the ticket to the taquero, (the taco maker). He will ask you "con todo?" meaning do you want everything on your taco. Salsa, onion and cilantro. I simply answer "Sí" (yes) with the thumbs up 👍🏿.

The steak was chewy and not tender and flavors collided and were not in cohesion. Not only that, they charge $2 per taco but maybe because they knew i was not Mexican meanwhile it looks like all the locals were charged less.
