La Malquerida — Restaurant in Baja California

I had to leave a review for those who seek entertainment, avoid this place at all cost!

Will start off with pros: Door man was polite, well dressed, professional Inside smelled normal, no bad smells. Establishment was right temp. The little time we were there it seemed to be clean. Female waitress was nice.

Con: Not many girls ( saw about 8) Horrible, I mean horrible Male waiter! Couldn't even stay long enough to get a price from a dancer. Pushhhhhy

So myself and my hubby decided to give this Club a second chance since last time we went last year. First time there only 4 girls on a Friday night. So this past Sunday earlyyyy morning roughly 330am we stepped inside this club. A male waiter came by and asked what we wanted to drink? My husband told the waiter he does not want anything but I will take a water. My edibles had my mouth drying out. So the waiter said that's $4. I handed him a $5. But let me back up as I was pulling out my husband's money out his pocket the server was wayyyyyyyyyy to noise trying to see how much money we had. So damn rude. I handed him the money and he changed the price of the water so he can get more of a tip. I told him I'm saving the money for the dancer ( the girl was doing her dance routine) and pointed to the girl we were interested in. He left and come back with some other chick. We told her hi but said n pointed we are waiting for her ( girl on dance floor). The male server got irritated and say you still have to buy a drink for her. I got pissed and annoyed and told him no, give me my $5 back and we will leave. He said here you go bye. I said ty. And we left that place asap.

There is no way you're going to force me to get a girl a drink. Especially when I don't know her prices or if she's even into females. We ended up at another club and found a female there.

Because of that rude, pushy attitude server I will never step in that club again. Trust me when I say that that place is no where near hong...

Had to UPGRADE THIS BAR after my last 2 visits - it has everything you want. During the a fternoons has a large number of pretty girls dancing y willing to talk, Sit or go to the private rooms or hotel for a pretty fair price--cheaper than alot of bars in this área. Beer can be bought singlely or in buckets. They have gained better control of the place after a very serious incident in the bar last May--shooting--. At night it still gets crowded here and still has alot of "power drinkers". Music has been moderated, but still is mostly "Rancho" type. A better selection or mixture of music would upgrade the clients too. Police visits here are still made but are not as visible as before. If it gets too crowded or loud--"Playboy Club" (american Music mostly--y possibly the best kept secret in Coahila Bar Area--be sure to check it out) y "La Glorias Bar" are just around the corner on Constitución y have plenty of girls y with usually 2 for 1 beer ( probably been in both bars 100 times and never been in either of those bars when there were not at least 25-30 girls working in each bar). Still--only give 'la Malquerida' 4 stars after the upgrade, but worth a visit now y much better than before. Bar was really rocking last time I was there (31 MAR 19)-LOTS of women to chose from y we had alot of fun...

It is loud and hard to maneuver but I had a blast. As with any other bar in TJ dont go alone unless you are very experienced in the Tijuana bar scene. Keep track of whatever you might have with you. And if you dont need it font bring it. Recommend grabbing a waiter you are comfortable with and have home serve you all night.let home know you will tip him out well when your ready to go. He will be more inclined to protect you from things you will never see going...
