This location has terrible customer service from the Cashier and the Manager. To begin with, the socks were advertised, at 50% percent off. When I paid, they charge me the full price for the socks and not fifty percent off as advertised. I uploaded the picture in case you wanna see the price they charged and the advertising price.

After that, I grabbed some items from the 70% percent off, samples rack, and the cashier say that they were not seventy percent off and that people always misplaced things. I advise the manager to have somebody check that rack since there were many items that did not belong to the rack. The manager and the teller told me that it was my responsibility to check that you should say samples on the label and that it was not the responsibility to be checking to see if they are correct. How would they expect me to know that? They kept insisting that it was my responsibility to find out that those items were not seventy percent off. I asked for a discount sonce they were false advertising since they do not care in checking and the manager did not wanna give me any discount at all. The Manager did not agree to be responsible for the mislabeled on the items. She said that it is the customer responsibility, and the customer service is not always right. As the Manager told me.

Very Bad Service. I purchased a North Face Gift card for the same exact amount of my receipt in front of the cashier through United Airlines Mileage Plus x App. the cashier told me that she has to verify the Gift Card is Valid on a separate system. which took almost an hour. she comes back and tells me that the system is down and that she cannot accept the gift card.which was a lie because you can call the Customer service and verify right away. She told me to come back later and she will put everything on lay away for the next day. I went back today, nothing was on hold. I had to pick up everything all over again, I went to pay and they said they don't accept Gift Cards. This place sure came in handy when I was looking for some slightly warmer clothing for the San Diego winter. Though I was a bit disappointed that the majority of the selection here is not performance clothing or gear (i.e. for trekking, biking, winter sports, etc.), and that the sales staff were not at all knowledgeable (they didn't know what I meant when I asked them if they sold base layers), pricing is amazing. I went straight to the back of the store, where the limited selection of performance clothing is, and it was all 60% off. I got some great grid fleece and a FlashDry shirt. Though the cuts are a little bit off and they don't have the performance of, say, a Patagonia regulator fleece, they work well and cost...
