We stumbled accross this place by accident, but now that I see the reviews, I know they are legit. To say that these people are passionate about coffee would be an understatement. I have, maybe, an above average appreciation and knowledge, but I certainly not at this level. Still, I know a good cup when I taste it. We spent a while talking with the owners and learned that all the coffee here is sourced from Mexico, much of it from family farms that have recently changed from bulk production to artisenial small batch production. They have a variety of coffee beverages including some beautiful cold coffee "mocktails" all produced with an amazing attention to detail and pride. Origen Specialty Coffee has awesome Espresso and traditional coffee with wonderful pastries. I had their chocolate brownie, it was still warm and very delicious.
