Highly Recommend! This place was a great find. We are from Texas so there is no shortage of amazing Mexican food back home but we were VERY impressed here. We received a recommendation from the parking lot attendants where we parked down the street near the Mcdonalds. We arrived and the staff was SUPER friendly. They quickly arranged a large table for our group, and got us Chips and Salsa to start. Honestly, I would have been satisfied if that's all I got to eat. They gave us like 10 different condiments with our chips; red salsa, pico de gallo, green salsa, diced onions, cilantro, pickled onions, guacamole, etc. It was phenomenal , excellent flavor.

We were going to order various items, but noticed a sizzling mixed fajita 2 pack that they then suggested to us as well. This was a mixed plate with pork, chicken, and beef grilled fajitas was onions and peppers. These came with corn tortillas and everyone enjoyed them. We also order guacamole and some melted cheese that was also very good. It was melted on a skillet so it was melty but the bottom was crispy which was very good with chips.

Our kids had options for simple quesadillas and bean and cheese tacos, but enjoyed the rest of the food as well. By far, this was the best lunch we had while we were at Cancun. We tried to arrange another trip before we left, but was not able to. Definitely...

If you do eat here eat on the street. Because people walk by and see you they treat you better.

My experience was terrible. 1st my waiter started asking me all kinds of personal questions. How long will you be here, where are you from and so on. At 1st I thought he was just being friendly. Like 10 minutes later this guy comes from around the corner and sits down at my table. Starts acting like my friend. Says he has friends close by where I live. Clearly the waiter called him and told him everything we talked about. He wants to tell me about this "new business" that just opened up. Needless to say it was a "massage parlor" where the girls are extra friendly.

After I refused that my meal showed up. Was ok at best. I finished my beer and went to use the bathroom. Was literally stuck in the bathroom for 20 mins. They had to bust the door hand with a screw driver...

Food is delicious and flavorful. They serve you Nacho chips and with 6 different condiments as a complimentary starter that is the best part. Excellent service -unbeatble I found eating at over 25 restaurants of various price range in Cancun. Excellent location with vibrant atmosphere.. regardless lunch or supper or late night lunch at 3am, food and service is the same. I would highly. Recommended fellow Cancun travellers as a daily go to place. They serve sisha as well!! Cautions: there is no drink menu, ask from Prices first!! They charge you...
