LA Vista — Restaurant in Cancún

Do not waste your time going there, first they don’t treat everyone the same way… the sides and salads bar is soooo limited and poor quality, I couldn’t eat any of it and figured i will just wait for the meat, it took forever, because I couldn’t eat any of their chicken, the look and smell of it was disgusting, so was the pork rib just smelling it made me want to throw up,,, finally they brought some beef but it was hard to get a piece cooked well to taste, either burnt completely edges or raw… and to top off how bad it is, the server Juan comes to our table last with the deserts, almost empty tray and was upset I questioned that there isn’t anything to choose from and when i said the service and food here were so bad, he ignored me and walked away I walked out of this restaurant hungry and extremely angry over how bad...

I visited La Vista with mixed impressions. While the atmosphere earned a 3.5-4, the food and service fell short. The Brazilian steakhouse experience was marred by an unusual rule – once you flip from green to red, the unlimited buffet ends. This contradicted my expectations, as in other Brazilian steakhouses, the meat keeps coming until you leave. The side buffet was average, and our server was pushy about choosing a wine at an additional cost. As a Wyndham guest on an all-inclusive package, this was a dinner option, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Food was great, accommodation was great truly appreciate that they allowed us to sit together in the restaurant compared to some other places within the resort. What upset me is the waiters, i saw another review that said service was “short.” Absolutely agree, for a person traveling and bring family from all over the world, the service fell very short.
