McDonald's — Restaurant in Cancún

Was at a nearby hotel and walked to nearby store to pick up bottled water and sundries. Always make it a point to go to McD's on vacation because they still make apple pies by deep frying compared to US where apple pies are now baked. This particular location seems like a smaller McD's because I believe there was an abbreviated menu. This place was filthy! At least the downstairs lobby was...(there is a larger seating area on the second floor which was moderately clean). What was a total turn off was walking in there; getting apple pies; then looking for a place to sit down only to see a bunch of trays of food with uneaten burgers and fries on them. Despite the filth I went back here out of sheer cost and convenience. Stopped back here at breakfast one time on the way to an excursion - still dirty. Then another night because we couldn't find ice cream at the nearby store so I took the kids to get McFlurries. Of course I ordered an apple pie too. After paying for the order and waiting for the apple pies to be cooked they informed me the ice cream machine was broken. Horrible presentation of burgers. Fries were thrown on the tray and spread all over the tray. Premium signature burger came wrapped in papper like a small cheeseburger would be presented. Here's the worst part, they had no soda and said the machine was broken and they couldn't take credit cards. So after waiting ten minutes in line and ordering our food when we saw the presentation we asked for a refund. Very strange McDonald's experience for anywhere in the world especially somewhere like Cancun which is a mega tourist destination and has multiple McDonald's locations. It's not like this McDonald's is in the middle of nowhere in Chiapas or some rural location. There is obviously some type of issues with management or even the owners of this location because they didn't even take...

Terrible management as the restaurant was supposed to open at 9am, never opened until 935 am? I ordered 1 egg/sausage mcmuffin, 1 hash brown and breakfast burrito, received a "double egg/sausage mcmuffin, "3" hashbrowns and an apple juice, wrong order taken but I had already waited 2 hrs for it to open and get my "correct " order and after they got 3 previous orders completely wrong, I didnt want to say anything!!???🤔😯

The one lady was so, so upset, she left the store in tears as she too had to wait for the store to open, and they made her wait too over 20 minutes for her order w only having 2 other customers in line!?

Perhaps a manager/employee meeting should be arranged so these unacceptable measures don't occur...
