Honest Chris here as always, Booked this trip through our hotel and paid a fair price of 57 dollars each for the splash 30 minute session for me, my wife and little lady.
This price didn't include the transport as this was separate and coat 10 dollars at the park itself.
Transport clean and tidy with a friendly driver. Arrived at the park and was scanned through. When you arrive you get there around 15 minutes before the 15 minutes brief, so 30 minutes. There is a whole Aquarium before the show but we where rushed through so didn't get chance to see all the fish, attractions there. Disappointed with that.
We where then given fresh towels and a locker and invited to put a life jacket on. From there we then broke into groups of ten and shown into the water. Our trainer was good, and from there the Dolphin 🐬 swam round us, did tricks and we got to touch and feel it. The whole 30 minutes was very good and the camera man is constantly taking pictures. It's a very good magical experience and my daughter loved every minute of it, as did I.
The downside is the cost of the photos ... total rip off and it really just goes to show places like that do just want to make money.
We bought the pictures but bartered as low as we could and from 160 dollars 💸 managed to get it down to a straight 100 dollars. Yes tye pictures are priceless with my daughters smile 😃 but the world 🌎 unfortunately is a big rip off.
I would recommend this place and the cheap splash session but don't get conned into the pictures and if like us it's a once in a lifetime...
Read moreWe came here for breakfast on Sunday morning and got a table by the dolphin tank. The menu is set and you choose one entree from the whole menu and they give you toast, fruit and fresh orange juice. The food is good, I got the eggs Benedict with the plantains and my husband got me steak on the baguette bread.. We ordered a side order of pancakes for my daughter and it was 250 pesos.
Service is really great, everyone is super attentive and it’s really nice to be able to sit and have breakfast and watch the dolphins play in the tank right next to your table.
Because the restaurant is right next to the aquarium when you go to the bathroom, you’ll actually pass by the large fish tank and the axolote exhibit. You go through this opening like a rope curtain.
I don’t know how wheelchair friendly this place is, or stroller friendly because when you walk in to get to the restaurant, you have to climb a flight of stairs. Just for knowing.
For the portion size it’s probably a little bit more expensive than going somewhere else, but they make up for it with having the dolphin show next-door and being able to see some of...
Read moreWent on vacation with the family. Ate here because they have dolphins . our child loved it . we came here 5 times. Chuey helped us and was very nice. ..But today we went and they messed up our order pretty bad and then tried to charge us 700 extra pesos !!!! They were so rude ( Chuey was not there ) and kept trying to rip us off. I would not have any of that. The boss was rude and the waiter became threatening , telling us that we are in Mexico now. Again this is after 4-5 times trying to give us a fake bill and making us wait about an hour trying to rip us off. ! They tried to scare us to pay more ! I do not suggest EVER going here ! The little waiter started shaking so much lol yelling that I'm in Mexico ...as if I didn't know lol. Very crazy situation. I had to tell my wife and child to go downstairs in case they tried to fight me. I have never had such rude / theif like people wait on us in Mexico before. Go to Navios they are very nice there and the staff is VERY friendly. I would give zero...
