The Pink Coconut Express — Restaurant in Cancún

Chill outdoor vibe at a curbside restaurant surrounded by several options, which could be helpful if you’re out with a large, picky, or adventurous group. Walkable from multiple hotels. Plenty of spots to sit.

The vegetarian/vegan food at Pink Coconut is fresh, healthy-seeming, and delicious. It was so good and convenient that we came twice but only grabbed a few pics; falafel burger platter (usually with real cheese but here with a vegan avocado sauce) and nopales tacos are pictured without filter. Both were amazing!

The owner speaks English and is super helpful and friendly; great service. I believe this is a second location of this restaurant, and sadly we didn’t make it to the original location. Hours are a bit abnormal for some scheduling (but worked perfect for our late lunches!); just check Google beforehand.

Next time we’re in Cancun, we’re coming...

We were SO thankful to find this place!

First off its the only vegan place currently on that side of cancun. The others are on the other side and a good 15 minute or so bus ride each way.

This location has food that is not only vegan but mostly gluten free as well! Finding gluten free food was proving challenging on this side of cancun and I was super thankful to have something safe we could eat.

The service was fantastic. The owner speaks good english which was nice and they were both so gracious!

The portion sizes were perfect and everything that we ordered was sooo good! For a smaller location they had a good selection of food choices.

If we make it back to cancun in the future, we would definitely come here! We ate here every day we were in cancun. It was nice to have a safe and delicious...

Lovely little curbside shop in a little strip of streetside food vendors. The menu selection is generous, as are the servings. I feel like it's the healthiest and most delicious thing I've consumed in 3 trips to Cancun. I will definitely be back to try other menu items while we're here. The proprietor (Julio I think, but sorry if I got it wrong) speaks perfect English and is extremely accommodating of any questions. He has another location elsewhere in the Hotel Zone and I wish him well with this...
