🍽️ Restaurant Review: LA Cap at International Presidente Hotel, Cancun 🌴

My wife and I had the most delightful dining experience at LA Cap in Roo Cancun at the International Presidente hotel. The ambiance was charming, the service impeccable, and the food simply outstanding!

My wife savored the exquisite lobster 🦞 risotto, and she couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. As for me, I indulged in a perfectly cooked ribeye paired beautifully with creamed spinach. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, and I was thoroughly impressed.

Speaking of service, our server Guillermo was an absolute gem. His attentiveness and warm smile enhanced our entire dining experience, and we were truly grateful for his impeccable service.

What made the evening even more special was that we were celebrating my birthday. LA Cap went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. Not only did they surprise me with a delightful birthday dessert, but they also made sure every aspect of our evening was nothing short of perfection.

Awesome Bleach Club if you're looking for a quiet, exclusive kind of place. I went yesterday for the beach and stayed for dinner.

Every single staff member I encountered was nice, courteous and smiling, and me gave thorough explanations.

Beach was perfect, did not feel crowded, great exposure , well maintained. Food service on the beach stops at 6pm. Lots of chairs and umbrellas, cabanas and watersports were available too, with a fee. Beautiful pools on site.

Now the food.... Good drinks, and the shrimp risotto was a killer: delicious!!! Portion size was perfect and it was sooo tasty!

Warning: This Restaurant Scammed Us – Overcharged 1000 Pesos! I had a terrible experience at Le Cap Beach Club in Cancun. The food and ambiance was good. However, the waiter overcharged us by 1000 pesos and never provided an itemized bill. When I called the restaurant multiple times to resolve the issue, they pretended not to understand and refused to help.

This seems to be a scam they pull on tourists, as they intentionally avoid transparency in billing. If you dine here, make sure to check your bill carefully and demand a detailed receipt before paying.
