La Brata Chetumal — Restaurant in Chetumal

We are travellers passing through and stumbled upon this restaurant on our way to Belize. Great menu options, great margaritas. Excellent service from Rodrigo!!! His English was amazing and he helped us with some things on the menu. We sat outside on the patio and watched the beautiful sunset. We got wings and salad and they were great. The complimentary chips and salsa came with beans and 3 different sauces sooo good! Thank you Rodrigo for such great experience...

Wow for a moment we felt like we was in USA, the restrooms top of the line because was super clean, with AC, so cozy and they even have listerine for you rinse your mouth after you eat, food was good, the drinks good and the service wow wow more than good!!! Empezaré por lo bueno,. cómo debe ser, cuando la experienciaes la primera. Las costillas, el chicharrón de Picaña con guacamole y el jugo en su carne fueron deliciosos platillos. La atención de Fernanda fue solicita y amable, aún si puede mejorar en escuchar y su entrenamiento sobre las formas de pago y la facturación. Lo no tan bueno fue que los chilaquiles (algo tan básico de hacer...), sin gracia excepto por la presentación y no había opción de pancitos para acompañar ningún plato. Los tacos son porciones aceptables aunque las tortillas son una grosería de tamaño y por el costo de eria. estar un poco más grandes. Lo desagrable y decepcionante: Entregan tortillas extra crudas que incluso al no comerlas por ese aspecto, aún así nos las cobraron. El pastel de chocolate CAMBIENLO POR FAVOR. ES UN FRAUDE. MEJOR COMPREN JNO BIEN HECHO Y HASTA LO PUEDEN DAR A MEJOR VALOR, porque siendo sinceros eso era un pan de caja con una crema y chocolate (?) líquido, sus comensales les agradecerían mejorar esos aspectos.
