Pizzería El Punto — Restaurant in Chiapas

The WORST, most OFFENSIVE experience in my life happened here. There was broken GLASS IN THE PIZZA of my friend and he bit into it, braking his molar tooth. The waiter apologized profusely, but the owner began to insist that we put the glass in our own food to get out of paying! Then she called the police, who came, and wanted to arrest us. They began to harass us, making assumptions about our countries of origin. The owner fired the waiter on the street by wagging her finger in his face and threatening him.

The whole experience was nauseating. This happened in 2008, when I was 22 years old. I still get the creeps when I pass by this sick establishment. No one I know in San Cris will support this business, and hasn't for over 10 years now.

PEOPLE DONT FORGET HATEFUL...

BEWARE OF DANGEROUS SEATING! I got torn pants from a protruding nail. Complained and got the brush off. NOT INTERESTED. -We went on Saturday lunch and wanted to sit in the enclosed courtyard area. As we were 9 people,we were directed to some bench seating on which I sat and it immediately started to collapse. As I stood up it tore my pants and I got spiked in the leg. We went to complain and the lady who was in charge phone the manager, ( who appeared to be her Pop), and basically said it was our fault for wanting to sit out in the courtyard area. We just got defence and no apology. We just got the finger so we went elsewhere. In my opinion IF SOMETHING IS WRONG THEN YOU WILL BE IN THE WRONG. JUST...

Do not come to this place, we came here three times hoping to eat pasta and a salad, each and every single time they said they only have pizzas, while we saw that other tables got salads, pastas and everything available on the menu. After sitting at the restaurant and giving in, knowing there is only pizza to order, we see tables around us getting salads, pastas and more. After confronting them, they told us that Israelis take back orders often so they lie to them and tell them they only have pizza.
