Denny's Misiones — Restaurant in Chihuahua

I liked the food , and atmosphere! Didn’t like poor service took forever to take our order! Wasn’t busy all the workers talking & I mean loud. Waitress took order didn’t have silverware nor napkins? The waitress that waited on us disappeared? Had to flag down waitress to get bill ? By the way got my own silverware the guy was cleaning table walked by asked people next to us if wanting silverware? Worsts of all I’m thinking it was manager let workers run the place free for all ? They did what they wanted manager let them. If your American maybe avoid good food if want to be treated bad go! Avoid going...

Where can I start, I went there days ago. The waiter took for ever to help us. My husband kept trying to get his attention and kept on ignoring us. Until finally the manager told another employee walking by that we needed help. She came and helped us out. 45 min. Later they brought the food. They were missing the ham and they were charging me for it. I never got the glass of water I requested to 3 different waiters and my husband's plate had a piece of hair in it. The food was delicious!! But there was a really long wait. I put my name and number down and waited a little further away because there were so many people waiting around the door. After close to an hour of waiting I went to ask how much longer and they told me they had skipped me because I wasn't waiting right by the door. It annoyed me because why did they ask for a number if they didn't bother calling. Once we were inside the waitress was friendly and prompt with taking the order and bringing our food.
