Another fatty Mc Donald's, haha it is ok. I bought a simple combo (not for me) the place was crowded and we went through the Auto Mac and the service was a little slow. But the people who work here was nice and the gave us the things the way we asked for like the no ice soda. They gave us a ticked for give them a review and they gave me a coupon. I usually do not like the hamburgers but this time I'm gonna try them because they gave me a coupon for asking questions.

Pésimo servicio solamente atienden los carros y no habren al público a la hora puesta en la puerta ni la que está publicada en la redes. Y cuando pasamos a preguntar por la área donde pasan los carros nos cerraron la ventana, traemos a dos bebes en carreola, después de tocar la ventana nos avisan que no habrieron porque no tenemos carro (obvio) y que habren a las 8:00am los domingos aunque dice a las 7:00am. Y ya eran las 8:20am cuando nos dijieron. La encargada todavía toma su tiempo en abrir y llega la encarga de turno. Si van mejor ir en persona después de las 10am porque no respetan las horas de la franquicia. Espero los dueños tomen esto en cuenta. No es fácil cargar con dos bebes en carreola para darles desayuno y no están habiertos al público. La encarga no quería dar su nombre dijo que usará mi recibo y si escribo que ya saben quien es ella.

Algo están haciendo mal. Es triste porque he acudido a este lugar desde que era una niña. El servicio al atender en el drive tru es "bueno", rápido solo falta más atención y orden. Le pedí al chico de ventanilla quien me entrego la orden que me diera por favor salsa o chile y me dijo que no tenía lo cual se me hizo raro así que me baje y se la pedí a la señorita de la caja y me dió las salsitas de jalapeño muy amable. Las hamburguesas que pedimos no tenían el aderezo que tradicionalmente caracteriza a McDonald's por lo que sabían insipidas. El refresco para acabarla tampoco sabía bien, le falta gas. En fin son varios puntos a mejorar. El establecimiento quedó muy lindo pero si eso significa el descuido total del servicio y la calidad del sabor no vale la pena.

Im an American whos Spanish is not the greatest, a gentleman with glasses helped me order my breakfast sandwiches and coffee and he was patient with me and he was very helpful. I am thankful for his help and the quality of everything was to my satisfaction. I will definitely be going back again. Food was well prepared and delicious.
