Los Veleros Restaurante — Restaurant in Ensenada

I've had NEVER left a restaurant I'll always try and give places benefit of the doubt, but I have never felt disrespected as a paying customer ever, we get seated and not our actually waiter did offer us drinks you know thanks to that guy we got drink but our actually server no where to be found had to ask the guy who was getting us drinks and he went had to fetch our waiter cause he looked lost so finally get our menus took another 15min for him to come and write down our orders, from there they bring us our starter dishes they offer when you order chicharron in salsa Verde which was of no complaints but after that another 40 min and never saw the waiter again so we asked that we pay for our drink and leave cause our food never found our table but people that arrived after us, got there food and service quicker so at that point I drew the line and we ask the front hostess to cancel the order and we are leaving and as soon as we did that magic happen and the food found our table and at this point we didn't want it and as soon as we told the waiter we are leaving he got mad and said in Spanish " Esta gente nomas viene a joder" sorry if I missed pronounce some of the words but after that remark I was done so take this review how you like and I do hope this restaurant reads this and see it's errors in either bad waiter training or choosing who they would like to serve only one waiter had the heart to try and get us what we asked and to him we thank you wish I could of remembered his name hope this helps on people deciding to try it or the restaurant to...

We were staying at the hotel next door and decided to have dinner here as recommended from one of our friends. However they said it was years ago. The place tries really hard to give you a vibe like you are in a high end exclusive restaurant. The food turned up to be horrible, even the pasta my kids ordered was tasteless. When we spoke with the waiter about our experience he called the manager and the manager only said that there was nothing wrong with our meals and it was just that we didn't like it. 6 meals on the table were left almost intact as the food was not even good enough to try to eat. Terrible experience here. Ordered chilaquiles and eggs Benedict. After waiting for 30-40 minutes, they brought out a shrimp omelette. We explained that wasn't our order. After waiting another 20 minutes, they brought some chilaquiles, but no eggs, and some other dish smothered in green sauce; definitely not eggs Benedict.
