Really good place to relax, free wifi , nice w.c. good service BUT REMEMBER THEY DONT HAVE ALL THE MENU THEY HAVE ON THE STATES.. they get a little mad when i said do you have this?? and they will response a bit pistoff Sr this is the Mexico starback etc etc .. Stars becuase of the high price and do not have all the menu from the states , but overal excelent , and yes you will see a ton of people from the states there

Acabo de ir hace como dos horas aproximadamente y el cajero nos atendió muy mal. Pedimos primero un pink drink y le dije que si de favor nos ponía el 25% de jarabe y dijo que nos cobraría extra por usar menos, le dije que si cómo iba a cobrar por pedir menos producto y que según nos tenía que poner dicha cantidad porque tenían medido la cantidad de cada bebida que por cierto es una estupidez porque en todos he ordenado así la bebida y nunca me habían dicho eso, le dije y se molestó más a tal punto que mi otra bebida que era un latte de cajeta lo pedí con leche de avena y sé cómo sabe, me supo raro pero no quise hacer escándalo sin estar seguro, cuando se me enfrió el latte claramente me supo a leche de almendras cuando en la etiqueta decía de avena pero ya había injerido bastante producto y por eso no me quise quejar. Quisiera hablar con un gerente y de hecho soy de Estados Unidos y ahorita estoy poniendo una queja allá y esto lo haré fuerte, ya estoy cansado que acá algunos empleados de Starbucks se sientan superiores que otra gente

It’s clean, it’s air conditioned, it has drinks for US prices, I mean it’s a Starbucks what more needs to be said. Most importantly it’s a good place to use the internet specially if you are from a cruise ship.

When i got there in the early I was looking for some dark coffee beans to take home with me and I found them, sumatra,espresso, cafe verona etc; I settled on the tribute blend and decided to have a ice vanilla frappe and a ham and cheese croissant that I decided I would eat indoors although outdoor dining is available. The order was ready promptly and the staff were accommodating and cheerful. The crowd was diverse as the Carnival cruise ship Inspiration was in port. Asked for two Trenta drinks. They told me they only had Venti. I ordered two Venti drinks. I received the order but got one Venti and one Tall. I told two employees that I ordered two Venti. They said no it was a tall. I went and sat down and looked at the labels. Both said VT on them. I took them back up and asked about the VT. They said it was Venti. Don't go, the staff ignores you and they serve in a bad way. Today I had a very horrible situation with the employees. I placed an order through the Rappi app to pick it up in the store and they didn't want to deliver it to me. They held me for 20 minutes and still the girl shut up and told me to sit down since they didn't deliver to customers.
