My first time ripped off in Mexico after living in Mexico 4 years. I asked for the check he gave me it to me I handed him my card he walked away with it which I knew was not normal in Mexico my fault for even allowing that. He literally charged us double the amount. I speak fluent Spanish I asked no let's get menu and add this up. He kept telling me prices in dollars I said we are Mexico not the US unhanded you a Mexican credit card you charged me in pesos. He kept giving me prices in dollars. He didn't want to give me a receipt. By that point it was too late. Never again will I return here. My first time scammed in Mexico after traveling 22 states. I recently dined at Maria Camelia in Ensenada, and it was fantastic. The tacos were bursting with authentic flavors, and each bite was a delight.

Special thanks to Jorge, who provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. His warm hospitality made our visit even more memorable. Plus, he liked my Deadpool taco shirt so much that he gave me and my brother Quirino a complimentary margarita. Talk about superhero-level service!

I visited this establishment after seeing positive Google reviews, but be aware: many of those reviews seem to come from patrons who received free margaritas. The actual experience was quite awful. We were significantly overcharged approximately double the menu prices. We ordered $25 worth of food but were charged $52. After arguing with the staff, the bill was reduced to $32, which was still an overcharge. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
