Tacos Mi Ranchito El Fenix — Restaurant in Ensenada

Fish tacos not good no more. I was disappointed/surprised when I was served my fish taco, it was like a fake piece of fish, like a imitation piece covered with lots of batter. It was not enjoyable at all and hard to chew. I did not eat it after tasting that first bite, I threw it away and paid and left. I think they serve their imitation fish to the tourists. It had a smaller piece of batter to make it look big. ...it was just Fried batter. Mexicans get the real thing, not the tourists. Avoid this place. I went to Taco's Don Zefe. DONT GO THERE I known this place by good and tasty and for one of the best fish taco places around but recently they hired people who cuts the veggies, picks up the trash from tables, touches the trash cans , opens soda bottles, touches her cellphone at the same time and never washes her hands , I went there twice , then got a horrible stomach pain so I stopped by a Dr got tested and came back positive with salmonella, now I am taking antibiotics for it, also the salsas are always full of flies and they don't...

Worst fish tacos in Ensenada. The shrimp tacos are ok, the fish tacos are bland and taste like pure oil if you don't drown them I'm every type of salsa that doesnt have flies on it. I don't mind eating in filthy Mexican places if the food is good but El Fenix is disgusting AND disappointing. To add insult to injury the staff is dumb, rude, slow and they're eating while cooking.
