Burger King San Miguel — Restaurant in Guanajuato

There's not much to review at a Burger King, but today, a wonderful staff member "Victor", made me make this post... This man, is the definition of "whatever your profession, make sure you're the best at it!" Well, this lovely guy, treated everyone at the restaurant like it was a normal restaurant. "Can I get you anything else?, Would you like more ketchup, sauces, etc?, Can I fill up your drink?" When?, in the history of mankind, has that ever happened at a fast food restaurant? No to mention, he would clear your finished wrap, immediately after finishing it. What a champ!!! Btw, everyone else , was also extremely kind, fast and polite! Takes 30 mins to get a burger at the local...

Great tasting hamburgers, great tasting food. Hot food is hot, cold food is cold. Very clean store. Their staff is friendly except for one thing: regarding refills.

The signs say that you can only fill up your drink cup one time. Every single person in the place was filling up their cups multiple times. All other patrons were Mexican. I went up to get my second drink, like everybody else, and the staff stopped me from getting a refill on my drink. Afterward, they let everyone else go up to the drink machine for their refills. My wife and I wondered why they stopped the only American in the place from getting a refill but they let everyone else get refills, both before me...

Andres la gerente fue muy servicial y es muy amable, los chicos que estuvieron en la tarde también súper atentos y buena onda. Hicimos la fiesta de mis hijos ahí. Creo que hace falta algo de mantenimiento en el lugar. De pronto todo se veía humoso, como que el humo de la cocina salía por los conductores del aire creo, los sillones en el área de niños muy desgastados, hacia mucho calor, fui a pedir que prendieran el aire acondicionado y me dijeron que ya estaba prendido pero yo creo que no servía. Nos tuvimos que salir del área de niños donde era la fiesta porque el calor era insoportable y eso que no fue en primavera o verano jeje. Ojo para el propietario bien punto de oportunidad. Nos tuvimos que esperar un rato porque se descompuso la máquina de helados o algo así, y luego que solo había de vainilla, esas pequeñas cosas hacen la diferencia. Se que eso no corresponde alnperdonal en turno y el dueño debe poner atención y prioridad para mejorar el lugar. El área de niños tiene una red rota donde se podian meter los niños e ir abajo de los juegos y parece poco seguro. A los niños les encanta el lugar por los juegos creo que deberían considerar tener paquetes para fiestas más atractivos y hacer más publicidad para que más mamás consideren. Todas me dijeron que nunca se les hubiera ocurrido hacer la fiesta de sus niños ahí. Agradecemos mucho la disposición del personal. Les dejamos pastel y gelatinas espero lo hayan...
