The hotel is small, but it is pretty and the lobby and rooms smell really nice. The bed was very confortable and the bedsheets were clean. However, the rug was dusty and had some nasty stains on it. |The internet connection was very slow, even unexistent at night. The safe was so small I could not fit my laptop in there. |The staff was oblivious and did not have any answers (nor the initiative to investigate) to various questions we had. The breakfast was mediocre and very slow, to say the least, and some members of the restaurant staff (the only male waiter, a waitress and the cook) were incredibly rude. There were only three fruit options, one yoghurt option, one scrambled eggs option, refried beans and red chilaquiles for the breakfast "buffet". |I give it two points because the price and location are okay overall... the area is quiet and the bed was very confortable, so I had a great rest. Read moreGreat location, TERRIBLE customer service, we changed rooms 3 times in 2 days, leaking air conditioned, stained carpet, leaking bathroom, low standards bed, humedity smell rooms, staff does not have the ability of resolving problems, we asked to speak with the manager several times, either she was on a metting or she just stepped out, she never tried to call us back to our mobile phone provided. I do not recommend this location, next time we will stay on a different hotel.
