Worst fuc* service ever!!! I ordered chicken fries which it took an hr to receive, I received my first chicken fries which looked like chodes. then told them I ordered 4 more to please not have them come out like the first ones 45 min later I received my 4 chode as* fries once again that I had to wait another 15 min to receive not even a freakin sorry did I receive the store manager didn’t even apologize he just stared at me when I asked him if he’s the manager not wanting to even no what’s going on I had to raise my voice after the 3rd time and told him in English to see if he better understood if he was the boss...

I usually don’t go to places like this on vacation, but a friend of mine said last year it was so good. And you know what I was worth a try. It was way different than eating at Burger King in the states, everything was fresh and hot. The french fries were absolutely amazing. And the burger tasted great. My wife got the chicken sandwich and it was just as good if not better than what we would get it home. Service was excellent, one thing was messed up and they fixed it immediately. What a great place to have a treat if you want to...

Think they may need an overhaul on service and efficiency. They lost the docket and had to call burger order through to kitchens. It came out cold with no onions. Sent it back to get onion. The burger maker went to get onions from cool room so he must have run out and not bothered to continue serving onion. Burger Came back with onion but even colder. Hmmm must be a new franchise. Burger tasted ok but bimbo bread make the buns way too sweet in Mexico....
