Cáliz Café — Restaurant in Jalisco

I had the pleasure of visiting Cáliz Café while on holiday, just after a dentist appointment. Although the cafe wasn’t officially open when I arrived, the owner was incredibly accommodating and still prepared coffee for us to go.

The coffee was absolutely incredible—hands down the best I’ve ever had in PV. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, it was clear that a lot of care and expertise went into each cup. The experience made my day, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and hospitality.

When i'm back in january, I'll definitely be getting coffee here.
