Chili's — Restaurant in Jalisco

The place has a very nice outside area, is well managed from the sanitation point of view. The waitress was very attentive and patient and gave good tips for the order. When the orders came....the beer was Frozen and refrozen so it was tasteless. The wings were uncooked. My fajitas were mixed up instead of chicken with shrimp, chicken with beef. I added an extra onion rings and jalapenos, it came to the other person. When we said about the shrimp, they added up the portion to the bill! We expressed the issues to the management and he took from the bill the Wings and a beer. The management was understanding and cooperative. I don't recommend...

We prefer chilis for late night dinners, place closes late as compared to anything in Galerias mall.

Food is decent enough with almost correct price point. There are some imrpvoements needed in falvours and salsa.

Staff is prompt and courteous they explained all the available offers and given proper suggestions.

They have offers almost daily depending on the day of the week or time of the day.

Interior and furniture needs and overhaul which will be make the visit even...

Burger almost raw in the middle despite asking for medium to well done. A typical experience in this city, quality food with good service is not high on the list of priorities in Guadalajara.
