Coffee Hour — Restaurant in Jalisco

Been here numerous times The coffee was good. Once I tried the food and I bought a hamburger and fries that was on special it was not very good. It was one of those cheap frozen patties you can buy in grocery store the very very cheap patties and the same for the fries. I was surprised because the place has a nicer atmosphere and furnishings than some other places. With so many other restaurants nearby offering fresher food for less money. Not sure of other menu items. I was afraid to try other items...

Stayed in Chapala for two nights and had two breakfasts in Coffee Hour. Excellent food and service. I believe this is a favourite meet place in the morning by a group expats. We also met an old gentleman Fabian who also frequent this shop daily and has been living in Chapala for 17 years. Fabian helped us with Spanish translation to get the order done. A nice place to spend a quiet evening with your friends while getting a smoothie or a malteada (milkshake) or even a large cup of hot chocolate on cool nights. It serves other drinks and even food.
