Epic, normally I try to keep my guided reviews on here reserved and somewhat to say the least Sophisticated classy, Like this establishment was. Considering I founded a Japanese restaurant chain and know my way around a fishbone or million this review I believe is of the more serious kind and would like to make a point of that.

lets start and finish with the only thing I could I could find that. I would of liked to the sashimi a little thicker and with no sauce, this is just me I believe your demographic may not like this and actually there is a Japanese restaurant near by so I believe that this comment would be a bit distasteful and I am just being a pest when I say this. Considering this is the only thing I have to say about the 7 plates I saw is something special (possibly the first time in this city I can say this) But the most valuable and crucial part to my story lies in the honesty and decadence of those crab cakes.... This was something I would tell my mates who are chefs also in Australia and whoever the chef is or apprentice normally whipped them up yesterday that mix was honestly epic!

I wanted to get them take away before I left but we all know that is frowned upon in society these days and also not good for the hips.

I will be back for Crab Cakes, and good job guys you have restored my belief in restaurants respect for seafood and quality .

This is different place like no one has!! Beautiful cozy restaurant the atention goes beyond!! First class all menu from drinks,meals and desserts. I was very surprised to fine this amazing place right here in guadalajara The area location is san paulo. Tenía mucho tiempo sin visitar esta sucursal de Corazón de Alcachofa y que PÉSIMO servicio y atención tienen por parte de su personal , específicamente del capitan de meseros . Esta persona tiene una actitud grosera , altanera y prepotente. Desde que llegamos y le pedimos recomendación de una botella de vino blanco sus contestaciones eran antipáticas y hacía caras, después iba constantemente a la mesa cuando ya habíamos terminado de comer e incluso interrumpía la plática para preguntar que qué más queríamos pero no en una actitud de servicio sino como de “si ya no van a consumir nada más , ya váyanse” muy incómodo la verdad . Cabe señalar que ya habíamos consumos entrenada , plato fuerte , postre , café y botella de vino … pero como que le pareció poco el consumo. Además de esto tuvimos que solicitar la terminal tres veces para que pudieran cobrarnos por que primero querían que nos fuéramos de su mesa pero después no nos cobraban y cuando por fin nos llevaron la terminal y preguntó que si queríamos agregar servicio dijimos que si que el 10 % lo cual al mesero no le pareció para nada y dijo “todo bien con el servicio o que ?” Tenía ganas de decirle sabes que no pésima tu actitud y mejor no te dejo nada. Que lamentable que tenga este tipo de personal laborando con ustedes , arruina toda la experiencia y la calidad que solía tener el lugar, . Ni ganas de volver a esta sucursal .
