I had a great experience here. I called ahead because I wanted to watch a specific football match on one of their screens and they were happy to arrange that. When I got there the table was right in front of the tv so me and my girlfriend could both watch it without a problem. They changed to my match a few minutes before it started. The service was magnificent. The food was delicious. We had a party of 12 and decided to order several appetizers and main course dishes and put everything at the center of the table to share all the food and try a little bit of everything. La comida estuvo muuuy rica, había lista de espera por lo tal me anoté para obtener mesa lo antes posible. Me pidieron mi número telefónico, y cuando me fui a comprar unas cosas me llamó la hostess para decirme que mi mesa YA ESTABA LISTA. Cuando regresé ( a los 3 minutos después de que me había llamado) me dijo que sólo la estaban limpiando la mesa, esperé más de 30 minutos porque mi mesa NO ESTABA LISTA. El mesero que nos atendió, nos trajo la cuenta y le dije que agregara el 20% de servicio… Agregó el 10% según él por error así que agregaría el otro 10% en realidad agregó el 25% en total se cobró de propina de 35% es una pena que tengan que recurrir a este tipo de estafas sus empleados. Obviamente me di cuenta y me dijo que me los regresaría en efectivo. El punto de mi comentario es para que tengan cuidado con esta clase de empleados que JAMÁS será suficiente para ellos que les des mas del 15% y por lo contrario trataran de ROBARTE. Honestamente...
