We went here for our morning coffee every day of our visit in Guadalajara in the Chapalita neighborhood. This organic coffee cafe is spotlessly clean and charming. Danielle, the head barista and owner is fluent in Spanish and English as well as a bit of French. He offered first class service in a casual cafe environment. We enjoyed the beautiful patio with our delicious coffee. Try the Mayan Cacao coffee- you will be spoiled. We bought a bottle of the cold coffee brew, "Dan's Brew", for our Airbnb which was also superb. Organic coffee is also sold by the bag. Great experience. I sadly don't speak Spanish and was surprised to immediately get assistance in English. Initially didn't plan to stay long as I was short on time, but once David jumped in to assist me it was game over.

With a lot of knowledge and passion for his trade, I didn't want to leave. Not only did he share information about their products, but also a lot of information about coffee in Mexico, Central & Southern America. Such a cool experience.

This is the best coffee in GDL. Little shop that is within walking distance of the Riu and other hotels. Run by a very friendly gentleman who speaks English.
