Best Cafe in Guadalajara. I went almost everyday for a month—the menu is delicious and healthy and unique, dishes and drinks you can't just make at home. It's also very low-priced and they are the only place in Mexico I know that gives free water. Great taste in music here. And everyone on the staff is very cool and friendly and fun to get to know. I like the metal straws they use, and you can also buy sugar-free peanut butter (couldn't find it in any store) and lots of other cool products you can buy. I had a fantastic breakfast at this Mexican restaurant! The chilaquiles were full of flavor, and the cafe de olla was simply amazing. The customer service was outstanding—Miguel, our server, gave special attention to my elderly uncle and made him feel truly welcome. Excellent wait staff and service - very attentive and helpful! Give them a huge tip! I had the matcha pancakes and a side of eggs and coffee. All was excellent. My only complaint is that the chocolate syrup with the pancakes is 1) unnecessary because the pancakes are so delicious and 2) it seems to be just store-bought Hershey’s and not homemade. But easy to just ask for it...
