Fluffys...an intriguing name, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The pancakes definitely live up to the name but I really wouldn't say they are pancakes but small souffles. I ordered an omelet which you could have 1 ingredient to choose from, extra ingredients were 11 pesos extra. Seemed a little pricey at 119.00 pesos but it came with beans and 2 "fluffy" pancakes and salsas, so it seemed reasonable. I ordered a sausage omelet. I was expecting a chorizo sausage or some sort of pork sausage, however it was a chopped hot dog inside! Sorry, but just NO! Not something I would expect from a restaurant that claims it has 5 stars. When I was served my "sausage" omelet it came with a small roll and beans...that's it. It was to be served with salsas and a side of the fluffy pancakes. After all that's why I decided to try the restaurant. I had to ask where the pancakes were. At this point I didn't bother to ask for the salsa, just salt and pepper. The server acted surprised that I actually asked for them. It seemed to me she conveniently forgot them, which was off putting. The restaurant seemed clean and on a fairly quiet street, so they have that going for them. Probably going to skip this place for breakfast next time. It's too bad because I think this place has alot of potential. The fluffy pancakes are very unique but over shadowed by the mediocre service and eggs. My husband and I stumbled upon this place unexpectedly, and although I don't typically write reviews, there are several noteworthy aspects about this establishment. First and foremost, the exceptional service and customer care set it apart. When I placed my order, I mentioned to the young man serving us that I was unsure about the difference between two ingredients. Without hesitation, he promptly brought samples of each, allowing me to taste them and make an informed choice. Despite the bustling crowd, our order arrived promptly, and during our meal, the same young man approached us to inquire whether we minded if he seated a family with a dog at the recently vacated table next to ours, even specifying the dog's size. Such thoughtfulness towards customers is truly remarkable!

Our breakfast was not only superb but also generously portioned, leaving us with no need for lunch. After leaving the restaurant and walking a short distance, I realized I had accidentally left my sunglasses on the table. As I turned back toward Fluffy's, I saw the young man running in my direction, holding my sunglasses in his hands. This level of service and the quality of the food are absolutely top-notch! What makes it Global Sistas worthy? First off, consistency. The food is always a solid 10. It's fresh, flavorful, and served up just right. You can tell the kitchen cares. Also it's quick and efficient. While we had a dedicated server, it was beautiful to see the whole team supporting one another, now that’s community.

We also love when a place feels like home, and Fluffy’s has that vibe. Familiar faces, long-standing staff, and a true sense of pride in what they do. One of the standout touches is the owner personally comes out to greet guests and check in. It’s those little gestures that turn a good meal into a memorable experience.
