Omakase Ramen & Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Jalisco

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic sushi and ramen restaurant, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The quality of the food was outstanding, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared dishes that were both beautiful and delicious.

The sushi was particularly noteworthy, with a wide variety of nigiri, sashimi, and creative rolls that were all expertly made. The ramen was equally impressive, with rich, savory broths and perfectly cooked noodles.

What really set this restaurant apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the host. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome and valued as a customer. Throughout my meal, the host checked in on us and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction, and their genuine hospitality made our dining experience all the more enjoyable.

I have a toddler, and this place is excellent to go to. They have toys, the service is excellent, the food is excellent. The atmosphere is perfect. At first, I thought the prices were a little steep for what I get, but everything else makes it worth it. Incredible service and food. I have come back multiple times with my toddler and I feel comfortable every time.

One day they didn't have the soup or the protein I wanted to add, so I decided another day would be better. When I came back another time, they recognized me and even remembered what I wanted the previous time they didn't have it.

We have lived overseas and traveled the world over eating at some top restaurants. This was one of the most enjoyable dinners and evenings we have had. Food was excellent, staff very friendly and accommodating, the owner / chef spent a good amount of time telling us about his food, experiences, and his story. All around could not recommend this place enough. A bit off the beaten path and seems to be a up and coming chef with plans to move to old town - I love the entrepreneurial spirit and drive!!

Add sake and I would have given a 6 star rating if possible.
