Italianni's — Restaurant in Jalisco

Three days ago, while in Mexico City, we went to Plaza Galerias and while shopping for some things, we decided to stop for lunch at Italianis Restaurant. There weren't many people there, so we waited for the service to arrive quickly. They served us drinks, and we ordered food and a salad to share. The salad was delicious, but they didn't cut the edges of the lettuce, and it looked a little brown. Nothing special. They served the dishes to my family, but not to me. It took a long time, and finally, they brought my dish. Some disgusting cannelloni. I looked at them, and they looked strange. They were on a bed of marinara sauce, there were 4 or 5 of them, I don't remember, only half were covered in sauce and the cheese was like it had been given to me, but I noticed something strange and turned one over with a fork, the joint between the pasta was black. Never again, this Italian place was a disaster all the way from the beginning. I order the lasagna and had a piece of metal that cut my tongue. The cheff came to the table to let me know that it was parsley, then I had to explain that it was metal that cut me. Then we order the Chicken parm and it was flavorless, frozen chicken with mix over cooked pasta. We left it all threre. The only good thing was the margarita pizza, made fresh. The waiter was eating her food at the same time we were eating ours and felt uncomfortable asking for service. Save your time and money and go...

La persona quien nos atendio entrando fue amable.(mas fue solo hasta ese momento)fuimos 4 persona y pedimos la comida se tardo demasiado Nisiquiera salio pan que siempre le daba antes de salir la comida. Estuvimos esperando casi 30min por la comida que nunca trae. Tengo mucho tiempo que voy a comer siempre cuando tengo algun evento especial familiar. Varios lugares que pensamos ir decidimos a comer Italiannis con mis hijos para celebrar su graduacion. Mas Salimos con hambre y perdimos tiempo 30min. Para esperar la comida que no salia. Entonces pedi para llevar fueron mas 20min Y peor es que la comida cuando llegue a Casa (quedan al rededor de 10min) estaba frio la comida(ni tibia) y el pizza que pedi junto estaba caliente. Eso Significa que ya tenia tiempo Que saliio la comida y no ha entregado. Me dio Muchisima pena por la atencion que nos han dado de tanto tiempo que fuimos ese lugar.

Gastamos 1300 pesos Por comer comida fria y con sentimiento muy mal gusto Gustaria que vea alguien que supervisa ese restautante. Y el. Senor quien nos atrndio estuvo solo de ese espacio puedo entender que estaba ocupado( no habia mucha gente) La atencion al cliente debe mejorar si sale tarde ahy que pedir disculpa y ver que le hace falta. Nadie nos dijo nada hasta saliendo sin comer y llevar la comida que debia disfrutar en el restaurante no para llevar. Ya no vuelvo aqui.
