Disappointing service and food quality. Unfortunately, KFC Los Tules did not meet expectations. The service was extremely slow, even though it wasn’t busy, and the staff seemed disorganized.

When the food finally arrived, it was cold and not fresh, which was very disappointing. The location itself is convenient, but the overall experience was frustrating due to the long wait and lack of attention to food quality.

That is NOT the same gravy that is sold in the US and Canada. It tasted like Knorr powdered gravy. It was disgusting. The potatoes were the same, why not the gravy? The gravy is 80% of the reason I went. Huge disappointment.

This KFC is sourcing the smallest chickens ever. My "megabox" was 30% empty because the chicken was 3 weeks old when they killed it.

Every single time I order from this place, they get the order wrong. I pay more for macaroni and cheese and I get mashed potatoes, every single time.

This time I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and all she got was popcorn chicken and nothing else, no sides, no drink, no toy..
