This restaurant is a real experience. A sublime experience. Carlos, the owner who is also an artist quite literally adopted us. He was so amazing, he even walked with us to the Uber to see us off when we left, to bid us adios and give the driver a sense that someone was watching over us. The food was excellent and Carlos brought us a dreamy tidbit which he said was from his native Durango. It’s called “suspiro ”, as in sigh, and was light as air. That was on the house!
