We a family of four went to this beach restaurant in April. It's right on the beach ,almost to the end and worth the walk. We grabbed a table ,feet in the sand and enjoyed some cold drinks. Went for a quick dip in the water and some more refreshments. Then we ordered lunch and it was good, I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos. The restaurant is a family owned place and the dad or uncle took the four of us on a boat ride to Los Arcos. Very cool to see the rock formations up close and to feed the fish. We didn't snorkel but we could have if we had wanted . Then back to restaurant for more refreshments. We really enjoyed our afternoon here. Good food ,cold drinks, was inexpensive and good service right on the beach 10ft from the water. Would recommend and...
Read moreOur friend owns a villa near this restaurant and is friends with the owner’s family. We booked a fishing trip with the friend and started our fishing trip in front of this restaurant. When we returned, staff prepared and cooked our catches. They made ceviche (shown), grilled some and cooked fish whole. The ceviche was fabulous!!! Granted using fish that was caught 30 minutes prior didn’t hurt, the overall taste was hands down the best ceviche that I’ve ever had! Homemade tortilla/chips were also so delicious. Note this is an open air restaurant, two steps from the bay, you just sit with your feet in the sand and enjoy the food and drinks. Juan was the best server! Bonus-you can get a hour massage for $30 from Laura above...

The chicken and beef tacos were 3 small street taco shells with chicken or beef cubes. There was nothing else on them. We ordered chips, pico, and guacamole. The chips were way overdone. The real kicker was that we handed them a hundred dollars in American money, and they told us that it was not enough money to cover the bill. They informed us that their exchange rate we different from the rest of the city, making our dollar less in value. We ended up paying 120.00 for six plates of lunch and an order of chips salsa. They took advantage of us being foreigners and...
