I’ve been to this breakfast spot three times now and was very happy with my first two visits. I ordered the same thing each time — the burrito with machaca — and it was always generous in size, flavorful, and satisfying enough that I had to take the rest home. At 240 pesos, it felt like a good value.

Unfortunately, my third visit was disappointing. I ordered the same burrito, but this time the portion was noticeably smaller — less than half the filling I was used to — and wrapped in way too much tortilla. It felt like a deflated version of the original dish.

I brought this up to the waiter, who kindly brought over the manager. He explained they were out of the large tortillas and had used three small ones instead. I appreciated that he came over and acknowledged the issue. I said “ok, no problem” at the time, because I’m not one to create unnecessary conflict, especially when someone’s trying to make it right.

But the second burrito they brought out was pretty much just as small — so the issue really wasn’t resolved. It’a disappointing but even more upsetting that if this had been my first visit, or someone else’s, we’d never know the burrito was supposed to be much more filling. That feels deceptive. When you’re paying 240 pesos for a dish, it should leave you full and satisfied — not still hungry or wondering if you need to order something else.

I hope this was just a one-off issue and not a sign of the restaurant cutting corners. I’ve enjoyed this place before and would like to keep supporting it, but consistency and honesty really matter — for returning customers and new. The last photo is from my first visit, what the burrito is supposed...

Normally service is excellent but today the main attendant who was seating people tried to pull a fast one and seat people who had just walked up instead of me. I had been in line and was third on the list, two groups were before me and they were already seated. I was standing at the podium, so I know who was on the list and I was next but he kept intentionally delaying me until a bigger group finally came and he gave them higher priority. He wanted to shove me into a corner inside after he had seated them, while giving them seating outside near the water, again when I was already waiting and he knew. I had been waiting there almost 20 minutes and the other people had just walked up. Good food, normally and normally good service but this young man was not professional nor courteous and is not a good representation of your company. Teach him better so he knows how to prioritize people in line over people who just walk up. You give those who show up later the table that is left, not the one who is already in line waiting in line, it is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Before you ask, NO, the people were not waiting, NO, they were not on the list. I was standing next to the podium as I said, I saw the list, I was watching and he intentionally and purposefully delayed me three times. Do better next time. I walked away and refused to give my business to them today and will do so permanently if it happens again AND I will leave a review explaining this on every website I can find if poor service is repeated. As I said, this was unprofessional, rude and...

Omg this breakfast was phenomenal! There was a slight 15-20 minute wait , which is expected for Sunday brunch time, but it was worth it! We don't eat pork and we're pleased to find beef protein options & we ended up getting the Machaca beef and steak. Both were cooked perfectly they didn't ask about your steak cooking preference but it came out perfectly cooked medium well but very tender with a beautiful grilled flavor. Both meals came with delicious beans fresh guacamole (the best i had on the trip) and eggs. My husband ordered pancakes... these were no ordinary pancakes they were like actual cakes from a pan omg they were awesome, maybe like 2 inches thick and soaked up butter and syrup just how we like it ... i ordered the banana creme waffle. The bananas were fresh and sweet pairing perfectly with the fresh creme that was fluffy and tasted between whipped creme and cool whip. The seating choice was between covered balcony on the marina where we sat or inside. We enjoyed the outside seats and service and were blessed with a performance from an all female...

10 STARS!!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!! Breakfast food is AWESOME! Very tasty...at least what I had. Went there or ordered carryout at least 10 times during my 2 wk stay. Service was always top-notch. Be advised that they SHARE TIPS on a sliding scale. Hosts who seat you get 10%, waiters get 50%, cooks get another %...so on. Some of the waiters speak english well, others don't. They are very patient & help you say the selections. The Waffle Mr. Cream was excellent. I ordered that mostly! One waffle covered with a dulce de leche(caramel sauce) with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream on top. DELICIOUS. Don't even need syrup or butter!!!!. I also got the Waffle Oasis..it comes covered with an Apple Compote(chopped apples in a light sauce). Also tried the Waffle Club with waffle, 2- scrambled eggs your choice of ham or sausage links. ALL the options are excellent!!! I did both dine-in and take-out. Still tasted great.
