Pachuca’s — Restaurant in Jalisco

Pachuca’s Grill is conveniently located just outside Plaza Caracol and has a lovely outdoor seating area, which I really enjoyed. It’s a great spot if you prefer dining al fresco.

I ordered the Fajitas de Pollo. It was a generous portion for lunch, and the price point was definitely fair. While the dish didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of flavor. It also arrived without tortillas. Once I requested them, they tasted homemade and delicious.

This restaurant might be more to someone else’s taste because I like burst of flavor in my food. This dish was definitely lacking the extra love.

Service was on the slower side during my visit, but every experience is different. I always encourage others to try it for themselves. You may have a very different impression!

We’re tourists ( (come to PV twice a year) and always find Mexican restaurant workers very friendly, but not in this place. We gave them a second chance, but no more.The waitresses are not friendly. The breakfast is ok, but service very slow. The place looks dirty. Paint the side of the fridge if you can’t afford a new one.
