ESTA VEZ NO DI LAS 5 ESTRELLAS PUES ME PARECIO FUERA DE LUGAR EL INCREMENTO TAN GRANDE A SUS BEBIDAS. LAS CAFETERIAS SIEMPRE ESTAN CON CLIENTELA Y DUDO MUCHO QUE NO FUERAN AUTOCOSTEABLES PUES LOS PRECIOS SE EQUIPARABAN A LOS DE LA COMPETENCIA (CIERTO.. AUNQUE CON CALIDAD) Y ELLOS NO HAN TOMADO TALES MEDIDAS.. Y X ESO LOS FRECUENTABAMOS. QUIEN ESTÁ A CARGO DE LA MERCADOTECNIA LE ESTUVO FALLANDO FEO X LO QUE VEMOS (POR EL PRETEXTO QUE SEA.. INSUMOS.. ETC).. PERO AHORA ESTA PEOR PUES DE IR 3 - 4 VECES A LA SEMANA QUIZA SOLO LO HAGAMOS 1 SOLA VEZ Y SIN ACOMPAÑANTES.. NO SE SI PENSARON EN SUS EMPLEADOS QUE YA DE POR SI EL ESFUERZO POR QUE UNO QUEDE SATISFECHO ES GRANDE.. AHORA TENDRAN QUE REDOBLAR LAS ACTITUDES POSITIVAS PARA REMEDIAR EL ERROR Y TACTICAS DE OTROS.. ES EXTRAÑO QUE SUCEDA ESTO A UNA EMPRESA CON TANTO PRESTIGIO.. QUIZA SE RODEARON DE LAS PERSONAS EQUIVOCADAS Y EN CONSECUENCIA TOMARON DECISIONES...

El lugar es agradable, con espacios exteriores para estar sentado tranquilamente disfrutando tu bebida.

El personal es amable, atento y sabe brindarte opciones.

El diseño del lugar es lindo, en general la decoración tanto de alimentos y lugar es muy visual.

El menú es variado.

En relación precio-calidad considero algo elevado ya que las bebidas no son tan buenas en sabor, el matcha no tienen un diferenciador de sabor en especial y pagas por el $80, un frappé básico está desde $65 y tiene un sabor regular nada especial que te haga volver.

En cuanto a postres su decoración y empaque les da plus pero el sabor es normal, no tiene notas que lo definan con algo muy delicioso solo por su presentación, que también es importante pero no tanto...
