Rupestre — Restaurant in Jalisco

One of the best pizza’s I’ve ever had. The restaurant is nestled under a residential building and the space and ambiance is great (recommend sitting in the patio area since have plants and ambiance is unique)

We ordered a white pizza, # 4 (cool thing about menu is they have different styles (white/red) pizza and you can try 2 different pizza.

The pizza was incredible. Very flavorful and the sauce they brought was one of the best sauces I have ever tried. The dough was cooked to perfection and the cheese and toppings were splendid. The pizza was perfect to split between 2 people.

We also ordered sangria and it was fantastic. Regarding the service we were seated right away and the server was very polite and provided recommendations.

All in all I was very impressed with the food, service, ambiance and highly recommending visiting if you are in chapu area. 10/10, if in the mood for...

I'm adding Rupestre is my all time top 10 favorite thin slice pizza at charcoal. They are ingeniously named after numbers, and each option gets better and better. I had to go with number 12 and my friend went for number fifteen. I also recommend getting their Brussel sprouts as an appetizers and mang of em sound very good and worth coming back for more. Great selection of beverages, being my new favorite drink; Felix. I got the apple and later we ordered the maracuya. Amazing pizza and worth...

Seriously delicious pizza. I went once in person, followed by two orders via Rappi to my apartment. When your'e there in person, you can do a split of different toppings, as long as it's red/red or white/white from their menu. I had a split of the "ocho" and "diez" when I went in person. It was incredibly good, and the habanero + peanut salsa on the side is amazing (watch out because it's SPICY). I can't wait to visit Guadalajara again...
