Saint Michel Providencia — Restaurant in Jalisco

There was an unfriendly woman in this place so we didn’t go for years but a month ago we stopped by to buy baguettes and other breads. There was a young man behind the counter. The baguette we bought was obviously from the day before, it was so hard and not tasty!! At least he needed to mention about it, like Oh La La, and sell them with discount if the breads are not made on the same day!! The desserts might be good but not worth to pay that much. Not recommendable. The baguettes and breads are freshly made and tastes much better...

They make good desserts, breads, croissants, and so on. Quality has slightly fallen. The last several times I have visited, they are out of stock on basic products. Today, I write this review because I am over it. They say they close at 7, yet I walked in to purchase a dessert at 6:45, the doors are open, and the cashier tells me she cannot sell me anything because she’s “done working”. In other words, closed. Pésimo servicio llegue 8:45 había un cliente dentro, salieron y entramos nosotros la primera vez que los visito por cierto; y escucho que los dos chicos que atienden me dicen “OJO LO PRIMERO QUE DICEN “de una muy mala forma ( cansados y artos) “ NO lo vamos a atender“ me sorprendo bastante las palabras específicas que me mencionaron y les pregunto porque; me dicen mala forma “nosotros salimos a las nueve y tenemos que cerrar caja” me moleste bastante por el tono y la forma; les dije que en el maps decía que el horario de servicio tiene hora de cierre a las 9:00 horas yo vengo desde jardines de Guadalupe que viajo como 20 min y que estoy llegando en tiempo a lo que el chico como si fuera gallito de pelea me dice “yo también tengo derecho de salir temprano”; el problema principal es del propietario que tiene horario de cierre y no es acorde con la realidad. Por desgracia no pude probar el pan que citan muy bueno, aparte soy de CDMX. Aún sigo tan enojado que ahora mejor decidí quejarme !
