One thing I love about this place is the great attention they give to customers and the speed with wich I was served in the order I ordered. I like the promotions they give and they are very useful for enjoying a good burger. They are my favorites burgers, it is a comfortable place to enjoy a moment among friends with a good atmosphere to enjoy some very delicious burgers and shakes, finally I would like to comment that the shakes are very Delicious those with chocolate, oreo, vanilla and more the strawberry flavor which is the one I always ask for every time I go and visit them in their branches wherever I am. They have this service where you are provided with a little cardboard with a 2 digit number you put on your table which a waitress-like recognizes your order with, I totally understand how they came up with the idea however if the employee doesn't find you at first look they can take up to 5 mins to look at all the other tables. Okay so first of had the crisscut fries, i specifically requested NO SALT, the guy said "these don't come with salt like the regular fries", so when I get them they're seasoned 😑 at no point did he say they were so u gotta ask if it's seasoned (not just salted)....so salty a.f. the burger was ...blah, not very good tbh flavorless and the bun was dry.
